Policies and Ordering Information

1) Every item we sell is unconditionally guaranteed to be genuine and described accurately. All Family Dog, Bill Graham, and Neon Rose items have been attributed using the current edition of The Collectors Guide to Psychedelic Rock Concert Posters, Postcards and Handbills 1965-1973 by Eric King. We cannot be responsible if new information is discovered that changes the designation in King’s book.

2) Your satisfaction is our main concern. If, for any reason, you are not 100 percent satisfied with any item ordered from us, you may return it within 10 days for a complete refund, less shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition and in the same packaging as you received them.

Ordering and Shipping

1) For your protection, we provide insurance on all orders.

2) Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $300.

3) Payment can be made through Paypal, or by personal check, cashiers check, or money order. In the case of personal checks, please allow 10 days for clearance. Overseas orders not paid through Paypal must be paid with either a cashiers check or money order.

4) Colorado residents must add 4.2 percent sales tax or provide a valid resale number.

5) Our standard shipping charge includes shipping and insurance via Priority Mail, in a strong tube for posters and a stiff, flat mailer for handbills and postcards. Shipping posters flat and/or expedited shipping via Express Mail or FedEx can be arranged for an additional charge.
